I love selling real estate because I'm not just selling homes I'm moving the country! When people are buying and selling, they are buying and selling goods and services in the community, helping the local community flourish with commerce and that's exciting and rewarding! But first, I'm a mother of two wonderful daughters that attend the University of Florida (Go Gators!), who are my "why" for working 24/7.

I earned my real estate salesman license in 1985 to work with my multi-million dollar producing mother (all these years later, we are still working together selling Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon in Palm Harbor, Florida) but I also SHOW and SELL Florida!
My real estate mantra is credited to Douglas Adams "To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity". Protecting my clients' equity while buying or selling their primary homes, vacation homes or investment properties is my main objection. Experience and Expert negotiation skills are critical. Referrals and repeat clients are my lifelines in this business so I give the utmost care ensuring everyone is continuously informed and doing their part at every stage of the transaction. Having happy clients who refer me to their family and friends is the greatest compliment and my goal.
Always advancing and increasing my knowledge, I have earned several certifications and designations that involve hour after hour of additional training and learning. The following is a list of the certificates and designations that I have earned over the years: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RSPS (Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist), Master Certified Negotiations Expert (MCNE), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short sale, Foreclosure Resource) and in 2016, I earned my broker's license. With all the years of "in the field" practical experience, plus all the additional training and the extensive classroom instruction in negotiations, I can assure you that you will receive the best price, terms, and conditions for your situation when buying or selling with me!

A little more about me, since I am a mother of two daughters, I was a Girl Scout Troop leader for 8 years to 22 girls so I had to be extremely well organized, responsible, and diligent to follow all the rules and regulations of the Girl Scouts Troops of America. My parents moved to Florida in 1978 from Atlanta (but Minnesota is "home"). I graduated from Dunedin High School and then put myself through the University of South Florida (USF). I sold Orthopedic Soft goods before real estate. I'm an animal lover - I have 2 horses, 3 dogs, and 2 cats - not all at home with me! When I'm not working, I enjoy riding horses, riding my bike, working out, pickleball, reading, walking, yoga, yard work, refinishing furniture, and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity and in my wonderful community of Highland Lakes on Lake Tarpon. I donate $500 from every one of my sales (selling or buying) in Highland Lakes TO the Highland Lakes nonprofit helping to keep our HOA fees low and benefiting the community as a whole!
Let's chat, I'll buy the coffee.
